Mudik Tak Dilarang, PT KAI Saat Ini Belum Jual Tiket KA Lebaran 2021
[21/3] Meskipun Menteri Perhubungan (Menhub) Budi Karya Sumadi tidak melarang mudik Lebaran tahun ini, PT KAI saat ini belum menjual tiket KA angkutan Lebaran 2021.
Dilansir dari Tempo, Vice President Public Relations KAI Joni Martinus mengatakan PT KAI saat ini masih melihat dulu kebijakan pemerintah. Pihaknya akan menyiapkan teknis angkutan Lebaran seandainya pemerintah telah menetapkan kebijakan mudik.
Persiapan ini rencananya akan berbarengan dengan evaluasi terhadap tata laksana angkutan KA untuk mencegah penyebaran COVID-19. PT KAI juga akan membahas persiapan angkutan mudik secara bertahap, dari sarana dan prasarana, sumber daya manusia, dan protokol kesehatan.
Sebelumnya Menhub menyampaikan rencana tidak melarang mudik pada rapat dengan Komisi V DPR pada Selasa (16/3) lalu. Akan ada sejumlah kebijakan penyelenggaraan angkutan Lebaran dari Kementerian Perhubungan(Kemenhub). Kemenhub mempertimbangkan kebijakan-kebijakan untuk memastikan protokol kesehatan dan kelancaran angkutan Lebaran.
Meskipun pemerintah tidak melarang mudik, pendapat epidemolog cenderung sebaliknya. Dilansir dari Kompas, salah seorang epidemolog dari Universitas Gadjah Mada, Riris Andono Ahmad mengatakan kemungkinan mudik tahun ini sangat kondisional.
Ia menyebutkan tidak menutup kemungkinan pemerintah daerah memberlakukan kebijakan tertentu seperti memiliki sertifikat vaksin atau surat bebas infeksi untuk meminimalkan risiko. Ia juga tetap menyarankan masyarakat mengurangi pergerakan karena coverage vaksinasi diperkirakan masih belum tinggi.
Sedangkan epidemolog dari ahli Epidemiologi Dr. Cucu Herawati, SKM, M.Kes dari STIKES Cirebon memiliki opini yang lebih ketat. Kepada RRI ia berpendapat masyarakat Cirebon sebaiknya menahan diri untuk mudik karena status epidemiologi masih dinilai fluktuatif. Ia juga menyarankan pemerintah sebaiknya melarang mudik Lebaran.
