Jajaran Komisaris dan Direksi PT Kereta Cepat Indonesia China Dirombak
[24/3] Tidak hanya jajaran direksi di KAI Commuter dan beberapa bagian Grup KAI saja yang mengalami perombakan kemarin. Komisaris dan Direksi PT Kereta Cepat Indonesia China (KCIC) juga mengalami perombakan.
Dilansir dari Bisnis.com, pemegang saham telah memutuskan untuk merombak dewan komisaris dan dewan direksi PT KCIC pada 16 Maret lalu. Berdasarkan Surat Pengumuman Perubahan Dewan Komisaris dan Dewan Direksi PT KCIC dengan nomor bernomor 068/CORSEC/SK/GM/03.2021 tanggal 17 Maret 2021, Plt Presiden Direktur PT Reska Multi Usaha Dwiyana Slamet Riyadi ditunjuk pemegang saham menjadi Presiden Direktur PT KCIC menggantikan Chandra Dwiputra. Meskipun demikian, Chandra masih tetap menjabat di perseroan sebagai direktur.
Dwiyana Slamet Riyadi sendiri akan mulai menjabat pada Rabu depan. Selain Dwiyana, mantan Direktur Utama PT LRT Jakarta Allan Tandiono juga akan mengisi posisi direktur. Nama lain yang akan mengisi bangku direksi adalah Zhang Chao dan Xiao Song Xin. Sedangkan nama-nama direksi lain yang akan diganti adalah Puspita Anggraeni, Dwi Windarto, dan Xin Xuezhong.
Pemegang saham juga memutuskan untuk menambahkan jumlah komisaris di PT KCIC. Komisaris yang sebelumnya tiga orang bertambah menjadi enam orang. Dari jajaran yang lama, Sahala Lumban Gaol diganti, sedang Komisaris Utama perseroan Ju Guojiang dan Direktur Utama Wijaya Karya Agung Budi Waskito bertahan.
Adapun nama baru Direktur Perencanaan Strategis dan Pengembangan Usaha PT KAI Jeffrie N. Korompis, Direktur Prasarana Perkeretaapian Kementerian Perhubungan Heru Wisnu Wibowo, pakar transportasi dari Kementerian Koordinator Bidang Kemaritiman Yanuar Muhammad Najih, dan Gao Feng.
Dilansir dari Tempo, perombakan direksi PT KCIC disebut oleh sumber mereka sebagai strategi awal menghadapi kenaikan biaya proyek kereta cepat Jakarta-Bandung. Biaya proyek disebutkan naik hingga sebesar 23%, dan direncanakan juga akan ada restrukturisasi finansial dan kepemilikan PT KCIC. (RED/IHF)
