Gerbong yang terguling menutupi jalur arah berlawanan sehingga menyebabkan layanan KTM Komuter relasi Port Klang-Tanjung Malim dipotong rutenya hanya sampai Stasiun Subang Jaya dan Stasiun Shah Alam. Sebagai gantinya KTMB menyediakan layanan shuttle bus yang menghubungkan kedua stasiun tersebut.
