Lokomotif CC2018331 “Vintage Livery” Diresmikan
[28/2] – Satu lagi lokomotif dengan livery unik akan mewarnai lintas kereta api di Pulau Jawa. Siang tadi KAI bersama Indonesian Railway Preservation Society (IRPS) dan Komunitas Semboyan Satoe meresmikan lokomotif CC2018331 “vintage livery“.
Peresmian dilakukan di Balai Yasa Pengok dengan mematuhi protokol kesehatan yang ketat. Sebanyak 15 pecinta kereta api tampak hadir dalam acara peresmian lokomotif tersebut. Sebelumnya lokomotif ini telah menjalani uji coba pada Selasa (23/2) lalu.
Dilansir dari rilis resmi PT KAI, lokomotif diresmikan secara langsung oleh Direktur Utama KAI Didiek Hartantyo. Selain peresmian livery vintage, dilakukan pula penyerahan secara simbolis uang pembinaan dari KAI kepada IRPS senilai Rp5 juta.

Dalam sambutannya Didiek berharap hadirnya lokomotif CC2018331 dengan livery vintage ini dapat memberikan edukasi tentang sejarah perkeretaapian Indonesia kepada masyarakat. Livery ini sendiri pertama kali digunakan dari tahun 1953 hingga sekitar 1991-1992, dimulai dari lokomotif CC200.
Ketua Komunitas Semboyan Satoe Teguh Imam Santoso mengatakan pihaknya berterimakasih kepada KAI yang sudah merealisasikan usulan livery vintage yang sudah diusulkan sejak tahun 2017 lalu. (RED/BTS)
