KAI: Penumpang Belum Wajib Rapid Antigen
[18/12]. KAI mengonfirmasi pihaknya masih belum mewajibkan penumpang untuk melakukan rapid test antigen sebagai syarat naik KA jarak jauh. Hal tersebut disampaikan Kahumas KAI Daop 1 Jakarta Eva Chairunisa dalam rilis pers yang diterbitkan Kamis (17/12) kemarin.
Sebelumnya Pemerintah melalui Menteri Koordinator Bidang Kemaritiman dan Investasi Luhut Binsar Panjaitan mewajibkan penumpang KA jarak jauh dan pesawat untuk melakukan rapid test antigen sebelum melakukan perjalanan. Seperti dilansir dari Detik Finance, aturan ini diberlakukan karena rapid test antigen memiliki tingkat akurasi yang lebih baik ketimbang rapid test antibodi.
Aturan yang berlaku masih mengacu pada Surat Edaran 14 Kemenhub Tanggal 8 Juni 2020 dan Surat Edaran 9 Gugus Tugas COVID-19 Tanggal 26 Juni 2020. Penumpang hanya diwajibkan menunjukan Surat Bebas COVID-19 baik tes PCR maupun rapid test antibodi yang berlaku selama 14 hari setelah tes maupun surat keterangan bebas influenza yang diterbitkan klinik, puskesmas, maupun rumah sakit.
Meski demikian, KAI masih menunggu keputusan dari Pemerintah, dalam hal ini Kemenhub, mengenai rapid test antigen sebagai syarat menaiki KA jarak jauh. Jika memang terjadi perubahan aturan, maka KAI akan mengikuti aturan yang diberlakukan pemerintah.
Untuk jumlah penumpang sampai saat ini tidak ada perubahan yakni dibatasi hanya 70 persen dari kapasitas kereta. Aturan masker, faceshield, dan pengukuran suhu tubuh pun tetap berlaku. KAI juga tetap melakukan pengukuran suhu tubuh setiap 3 jam sekali selama perjalanan KA jarak jauh serta pembersihan dengan desinfektan setiap 30 menit sekali. (RED/BTS)
