Angkutan Umum di Jakarta Kembali Terapkan Pembatasan Operasional
[19/12]. Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta kembali memperketat aturan Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB) Transisi di bulan Desember ini. Hal ini dilakukan untuk mencegah penyebaran COVID-19 selama libur Natal dan Tahun Baru.
Pembatasan jam operasional angkutan umum dan rekayasa operasional diberlakukan sejumlah operator angkutan umum di DKI Jakarta dan sekitarnya. Seperti dikutip dari rilis persnya, KAI Commuter membatasi jam operasional Commuter Line mulai Minggu, 20 Desember 2020.
Jam operasional Commuter Line dibatasi dari pukul 4:00 WIB hingga pukul 22:00 WIB. Hal ini mengikuti aturan PSBB terbaru yang membatasi kegiatan hanya sampai pukul 21:00 WIB.
Sementara MRT Jakarta jauh lebih dulu menerapkan pembatasan jam operasional. MRT Jakarta membatasi jam operasional keretanya dari pukul 5:00 WIB hingga pukul 20:00 WIB sejak Jumat (18/12) kemarin. Meski dibatasi jam operasionalnya, tidak ada perubahan pada headway perjalanan MRT Jakarta yakni tetap 5 menit sekali pada jam sibuk dan 10 menit sekali di luar jam sibuk.
TransJakarta juga melakukan pembatasan operasional pada layanan busnya. Layanan TransJakarta dibatasi dari pukul 5:00 WIB hingga pukul 20:00. Jumlah rute bus yang beroperasi hampir tidak ada perubahan yakni tetap 69 rute koridor, non koridor, dan bus gratis, 64 rute MikroTrans atau JakLingko, dan 4 rute RoyalTrans yang pembelian tiketnya dilakukan melalui aplikasi Tijeku.

Sama seperti MRT Jakarta, LRT Jakarta melakukan pembatasan jam operasional dari pukul 5:30 WIB hingga pukul 20:00 WIB sejak 18 Desember lalu. Untuk headway tidak ada perubahan yakni tetap 10 menit sekali. Pembatasan akan dilakukan sampai 8 Januari 2021 mendatang.
Sementara untuk KA Bandara Soekarno Hatta tidak ada perubahan jam operasional. Masih sama seperti jadwal PSBB transisi, operasional KA Bandara Soekarno Hatta masih dari pukul 5:40 WIB sampai pukul 19:40 WIB.
Meski Pemprov DKI Jakarta menerbitkan aturan wajib rapid antigen bagi masyarakat yang keluar-masuk Jakarta, namun operator angkutan umum belum ada yang mewajibkan rapid antigen bagi masyarakat yang hendak bepergian ke Jakarta.
