Stasiun Integrasi Dukuh Atas Resmi Beroperasi
[17/6] Pemprov DKI Jakarta meresmikan Stasiun Integrasi Dukuh Atas pada Rabu (17/6) sore. Peresmian dilakukan di kawasan pedestrian eks Jl. Kendal.
Peresmian dihadiri oleh Gubernur DKI Jakarta Anies Baswedan, Wakil Gubernur DKI Jakarta Rizal Patria, Menteri BUMN Erick Thohir, Menteri Perhubungan Budi Karya Sumadi, serta sejumlah pejabat dari Dishub DKI Jakarta, KCI, MRT Jakarta, TransJakarta, dan tamu undangan.
Peresmian ditandai dengan sambutan oleh Menteri BUMN dan Gubernur DKI Jakarta. Usai menyampaikan sambutan, Gubernur DKI bersama Menteri BUMN dan sejumlah pejabat lainnya meninjau kawasan terintegrasi eks Jl. Kendal.
Dalam sambutannya, Anies menyambut baik revitalisasi kawasan eks Jl. Kendal ini. Anies mengatakan seharusnya peresmian dilakukan pada hari Jumat (12/6) lalu namun ditunda hingga Rabu karena waktunya yang mepet dengan waktu salat Jumat dan supaya berbarengan dengan ulang tahun MRT Jakarta yang ke-12.
Anies berharap revitalisasi dan perbaikan ini dapat membuat Jakarta menjadi gerbang dunia. “Dengan perbaikan signage dan yang lainnya diharapkan Jakarta bisa menjadi gerbang dunia,” ujar Anies.
Ke depannya akan ada 5 stasiun integrasi yang dibangun oleh MITJ di Jakarta di antaranya adalah Sudirman, Tanah Abang, Manggarai, Juanda, dan Jakarta Kota.
Revitalisasi yang dilakukan di Jl. Kendal meliputi pembangunan area pedestrian, perbaikan akses keluar-masuk Stasiun Sudirman, serta perbaikan signage.
Perbaikan dilakukan dalam waktu yang sangat singkat yakni hanya 3 bulan yakni dari awal Maret hingga pertengahan Mei 2020.
Akses dari Stasiun Sudirman ke Jl. Kendal yang sebelumnya sempit dibuat menjadi lebih luas. Tempat yang sebelumnya adalah minimarket dan pos polisi dihilangkan dan digantikan oleh jalan menurun langsung ke arah Jl. Kendal.
Sejumlah signage diperbaharui untuk mempermudah masyarakat mencari moda transportasi lanjutan. Seperti signage di jalur penghubung Stasiun Sudirman dan Stasiun BNI City.
Sejumlah signage baru juga ditempatkan di depan pintu masuk Stasiun Sudirman, Stasiun MRT Dukuh Atas, dan Stasiun BNI City.
Selain integrasi Jl. Kendal, diresmikan juga pangkalan ojek online di eks Pasar Blora. Dalam keterangan lebih lanjut, Anies juga menjelaskan mengenai integrasi dengan Stasiun LRT Jabodebek Dukuh Atas yang saat ini tengah dibangun.
Anies mengatakan nantinya akan dibagun skybridge untuk menghubungkan Stasiun LRT Jabodebek Dukuh Atas, Stasiun LRT Jakarta Dukuh Atas, Stasiun Sudirman, Stasiun MRT Dukuh Atas, dan Stasiun BNI City.(RED/BTS)
