KRD Buatan INKA Debut Di Filipina!

Dilansir dari Facebook Departemen Transportasi Filipina (DoTr), peresmian perjalanan KRD ini dihadiri oleh General Manager Philippine National Railways (PNR) Junn Magno, Sekretaris Transportasi Arthur Tugade, dan Komite Rumah Transportasi Edgar Sarmiento.
Junn Magno mengatakan kehadiran KRD ini adalah manifestasi kerja keras PNR dan awal transformasi perkeretaapian di Filipina. Ia juga menyebutkan keberhasilan ini adalah refleksi dari kepemimpinan negara yang baik. Sementara Arthur Tugade juga menyampaikan rasa sukacita yang sama dengan adanya KRD baru ini. Dan Sarmiento memohon kepada seluruh warga Filipina untuk menjaga kereta baru ini dengan baik.
Sementara itu, dilansir dari Kumparan, rute peresmian KRD baru ini adalah dari Stasiun Dela Rosa, Makati hingga Stasiun Tutuban, Manila. Di sepanjang perjalanan, para pejabat tampak antusias dalam menjajal kereta baru ini. Tidak cuma itu, masyarakat pun juga dengan antusias memotret dan melambaikan tangan ke KRD baru ini. Kecepatan pada peresmian ini mencapai sekitar 40 km/jam karena kondisi lintasan rel, dengan perjalanan menempuh waktu sekitar 35 menit.
Di Stasiun Tutuban, warga sekitar juga tidak kalah antusias melihat kereta baru ini. Meskipun belum bisa dinaiki, kereta baru ini diyakini akan menambah kenyamanan bagi masyarakat Filipina.
PT INKA sendiri memberikan dukungan berupa pengawasan perawatan dan pelatihan sumberdaya manusia. Pihaknya baru akan melepas setelah pihak PNR bisa melakukan perawatan sendiri.
Mulai berdinasnya KRD baru ini tentu menjadi momen bahagia bagi Indonesia dan Filipina.
