Video ini pun lantas menjadi viral di jagat Twitter.

Pihak New Jersey Transit sendiri menegaskan bahwa ada aturan yang melarang penumpang untuk mandi dan bercukur di dalam kereta ataupun bus. Jika penumpang kedapatan melakukan maka kondektur berhak untuk meminta penumpang menghentikan aktifitas mandi dan bercukur. Jika penumpang menolak, maka kondektur dapat memanggil petugas kepolisian dan menurunkan penumpang.
