[28/4/2016] PT Garuda Indonesia, PT Kereta Api Indonesia, dan PT Angkasa Pura I menandatangani nota kesepahaman (MoU-Memorandum of Understanding) di bidang kerjasama integrasi antarmoda transportasi pada hari Rabu kemarin (27 April-REDaksi), sebagai komitmen dalam rangka mendukung program pengembangan potensi pariwisata dan jaringan transportasi yang berkelanjutan.
Proses penandatanganan MoU ini dilaksanakan oleh direktur utama dari ketiga BUMN, yaitu M. Arif Wibowo (PT Garuda Indonesia), Edi Sukmoro (PT KAI), dan Sulistyo Wimbo Hardjito (PT Angkasa Pura I) yang disaksikan oleh mentri BUMN RI Rini M. Soemarno pada saat peluncuran “Spirit Joglosemar” di Candi Prambanan, Yogyakarta.
Kerjasama ini dilaksanakan di empat bandara di Indonesia, yaitu Bandara Juanda (Surabaya), Bandara Sultan Hasanuddin (Makassar), Bandara Kulonprogo (Yogyakarta), dan Bandara Adi Soemarmo (Solo), yang meliputi integrasi layanan penumpang seperti city check in, ruang tunggu, informasi jadwal baik jadwal KA ataupun penerbangan, serta kerjasama dari segi periklanan dan saling promosi di antara ketiga perusahaan.
Menurut dirut Garuda Indonesia, M. Arif Wibowo, penandatanganan MoU ini adalah langkah strategis untuk mengembangkan jaringan Garuda Indonesia dan meningkatkan potensi pariwisata di Indonesia timur. Ia juga mengatakan bahwa MoU ini akan ditindaklanjuti dengan integrasi pelayanan penumpang, pemasaran, periklanan, serta berharap bahwa kerjasama seperti ini dapat dilaksanakan dengan BUMN lain.
Sementara itu mentri BUMN RI, Rini M. Soemarno, mengapresiasi sinergi ketiga BUMN tersebut, dan berharap bahwa sinergi integrasi antarmoda tranportasi dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan penumpang serta menjadi nilai tambah kepada seluruh pengguna jasa BUMN yang terlibat.
Sebelumnya, pada tahun 2015 lalu, PT Garuda Indonesia dan PT KAI telah membuka kerjasama bisnis, di mana Garuda Indonesia menjadi maskapai resmi bagi karyawan serta keluarga di PT KAI dan unit-unit terkait untuk perjalanan baik dinas maupun nondinas.
Kerjasama ini mencakup harga khusus (corporate fare) bagi PT KAI untuk semua rute baik domestik maupun internasional, tambahan muatan bagasi 10kg, konter check in korporat, prioritas untuk pegawai korporat, serta kemudahan lainnya.
Akankah langkah integrasi ini dapat terwujud menjadi suatu integrasi yang lebih jauh seperti TITAM (Tiket Terpadu AntarModa)? Mari kita lihat saja nanti.
